Our organization is licensed under the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps to operate without inhibition within any region in Nigeria. (Copy of License attached)

We currently maintain three regional branches across the country aimed at actualizing our numerical growth through a balance branch network. Similarly our Administrative personnel both in the headquarters and regional offices are bi-annually engaged in training programme and seminars that enlightens and empowers them over their peers in the industry.

Our patrol system is borne out of the believe that supervision of our field personnel is basically the differentiating factor between us and other security outfit, hence our patrol team visits our location which are zoned for effective monitoring purposes, twice every day and also maintains a regular feedback report system with our communication unit to ensure any other occurrence is attended to swiftly.

Our robust management pattern is drawn from our believe in the T.Q.M Total Quality Management concept where we draw our strength from engaging in regular feedback process on all the departmental platform following which policy line are drawn across the board.

Our operational network is boosted by our fleet of vehicles that is periodically checked to ensure its operational viability or substitution in the advent of non-functionality. Similarly, our background vetting system is built on the thrust that all information provided at recruitment stage must be verified, hence our scout are sent out to continuously dig more information on all our engaged personnel on bi-annual basis.

Our Quality Assurance department regulates our client opinion of our services through quarterly questionnaire that seeks to elicit our clients rating of our guard force, our patrol team’s visit and our client services relationship with their representatives. Our quality assurance ensures that our client position is given premium attention and response time to their complaint or request attended to in record time.

Our management prides itself in the ability and capabilities to ensure prompt payment of our field personnel through the effective use of on-line payment system thereby eliminating time wasted at banks by our personnel and also protects their monthly remuneration.

Our guards are usually robust and alert men of age limit of not more than 50 years each possessing a minimum qualification of S.S.CE / G.C E. O Level or its equivalent with average degree of fluency in English Language and good communication skills.

The general thrust of our company’s management plan is to provide round the clock (24 hour) security service (unless otherwise stated) to the various locations of our clients; consequently, we provide a work schedule for guard of:

  • 2 Shifts of 12 hours per day;
  • 6 Working days per week; and
  • 1 Off day per week with adequate back – up / relief guard.

Or
3     Shift of 8 hours per day;
Working days per week; and
1     Off day per week with adequate back – up / relief guard.

Whichever shift pattern adopted by our prospective client, we provide adequate information back up on the need for the adoption of appropriate relief system  in view of our management adherence to relevant labour laws which we are guided by.
